The DTU Center for Magnetic Resonance conducts research related to Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy (MRI,MRS), most notably in the fields of hyperpolarization  and its applications, integrated neuroimaging/neurostimulation, and MRI/MRS methodology.

The DTU Center for Magnetic Resonance has been established to strengthen the research within the MR area, following a grant from Danish National Research Foundation for Center for Hyperpolarization in Magnetic Resonance (HYPERMAG). Besides extensive research in Hyperpolarization methodology and applications, the CMR group also has activities within MR method development and integrating MR imaging with neuroimaging.
