Center for Magnetic Resonance and HYPERMAG turn out in strength at this year's International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) Conference, which is held jointly with the annual meeting of European Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine and Biology (ESMRMB).

The accepted conference contributions include recent research results on imaging methodology and acquisition for MR and Hyperpolarized Metabolic MR, as well as RF components for Hyperpolarized Metabolic MR imaging.

Postdoc Cihan Göksu  et al.:

  • Human In-vivo Brain MR Current Density Imaging based on Steady-state Free Precession Free Induction Decay (power pitch)
  • Comparison of two alternative sequences for human in-vivo brain MR Current Density Imaging

PhD student Rie Beck Hansen et al.:

  • Multichannel Hyperpolarized 13C MRI in a Patient with Liver Metastases using Multi-slice EPI and an Alternating Projection Method for Denoising
  • Integrated B1+ Mapping for Hyperpolarized 13C MRI in a Clinical Setup using Multi-Channel Receive Arrays

PhD student: Daniel Højrup Johansen et al.:

  • Accurate Noise Figure Measurements for Highly Mismatched Preamplifiers
  • Ideal Coil Decoupling in Receive Arrays using Negative Resistance Preamplifiers

Development Engineer Jan Raagaard Petersen et al.:

  • Ultra-low power transmitter for encoding non-MR signals in MR recordings

Postdoc Juan Diego Sanchez Heredia et al.:

  • 3-Fold SNR Enhancement of Small Animal 13C MRI using a Cryogenically Cooled (88 K) RF Coil

Associate Professor Lars G. Hanson et al.:

  • Multi-dimensional microstructural imaging offers novel in vivo insights into brain pathology: an application to multiple sclerosis.

Malte Laustsen et al.:
