Magnetic Resonance Imaging Acquisition Methodology

Our activities in Magnetic Resonance Imaging acquisition methodology are focused on improving MR scanning.

We do research improving MR scanning, e.g. with respect to speed, robustness, sensitivity or specificity. The employed methods range from fundamental physics to advanced data processing techniques needed to extract important physiological parameters from the measurements. The targets of the development include imaging, spectroscopy, and multi-modal acquisition, e.g. for muscle and brain studies.

Our research is carried out from both DTU and Danish Research Center for Magnetic Resonance (DRCMR) at Copenhagen University Hospital, where we have access to MR scanners.
